About Us
Olson and Associates Insurors, Inc. was founded in 1980 by Jim Olson. Mr. Olson had a background in the surety business and he specialized in writing insurance and bonds for contractors across the state of South Dakota
As business grew, so did our staff and the scope of our operations. Between 1980 and 1998 Olson and Associates outgrew several locations. In 1998, the agency moved to our current location at 5900 S. Doral Avenue. We are a preferred agent for Wellmark BlueCross BlueShield and one of the largest writers of health insurance in the state of South Dakota.
Each member of our staff is dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality protection and competitive pricing. It is our goal to establish a partnership with each of our clients in order to provide solutions to their needs and help them attain their goals.
