Andy's prior position was a Community Wellness Coordinator for Whole Health Dimensions – Southern South Dakota and Northwest Iowa. Before WHD he taught and coached at Roosevelt High School in Sioux Falls. Andy holds a bachelor’s degree from Augustana College in health, physical education and recreation and has an MBA from Colorado Technical University. He is a mentor for the Big Brother/Big Sister program and teaches business classes part time at Colorado Tech. Hunting, outdoor activities, exercise and spending time with his wife, Liz and one year old, Blaze are Andy’s spare time activities.

Scott has been with The Olson Group since 1997, prior to joining us he was employed with Wellmark / Blue Cross Blue Shield. He brings over 25 years experience to his clients. Scott and his wife Debbie have two children Megan and Marlee. In his spare time he enjoys golf & has officiated High School and College Basketball for 34 years. Scott has his degree from University of South Dakota earning both a BA and MA in Education.

Lisa joined us in 2005 coming from the company side at Wellmark / Blue Cross Blue Shield. Lisa brings over 15 years of Employee Benefits to our customers. She and her husband Chad have two children, Andrew and Sydney. She is an active mother and spends time attending activities with her children involved in basketball and cheer. She enjoys reading and spending time at Lake Campbell. She earned her degree from University of South Dakota and Kilian Community College.

Kristin came to The Olson Group from Wellmark / Blue Cross Blue Shield in 2003 with over 15 years experience. She and her husband Allen have two boys, Ross and Evan. She enjoys camping/canoeing, scrap booking, reading and attending sporting events.
